Media summary: Officers were dispatched on a report of a suspicious vehicle just after 11 a.m. Police realized the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Westminster. When more police arrived, Southard said Nicholas Vilarina, 25, allegedly rammed a squad car, and police pursued until Vilarina allegedly ran a stop sign and struck another car. A female passenger in that other car, Dulce Maria Castro Perez, 21, was killed. Police said the driver in the stolen car continued on Bierstadt, lost control of the car then hit a pedestrian, Gustavo Mosqueda Ortega, 25, who was also killed.
