Media summary: At about 2 a.m. a deputy stopped Chang Sup Yoon, who was driving a silver BMW on M-99 at Bishop Road. According to police, Yoon sped off on westbound I-96 and turned off his headlights. Police said that they called off the chase and began searching for the BMW. They found it a short time later in a ditch between I-96 and exit 98. Yoon was pronounced dead at the scene.
