Media summary: Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress at 10:25 p.m. The resident said that a man, identified as Brian Hill, had forced his way into the home and was behaving aggressively and erratically. According to police Hill was restrained while someone called 911. When officers arrived, they found Hill lying on the porch and arrested him on suspicion of trespassing and destruction of property. Police said Hill was incoherent, so they called for a rescue squad. While handcuffed, Hill was taken to a hospital, where he died.
