When officers arrived, they attempted to make contact with the man sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle. Police said the driver fled in his car. Police pursued until the vehicle crashed. Three men--Sor No Bit, 25, Sai Po Lar, 28, and Ah Tone, 28--were killed.
