Media summary: Police chased two teenaged brothers in a car that the younger boy allegedly stole when a pizza delivery drivery left it running. Police said they backed off because the vehicle was being driven erratically, but that they were still in pursuit at around 11:30 p.m. when the car crossed the centerline, hit another vehicle and struck a utility pole. The older brother, Mathew Floyd Perry III, who was a passenger in the car, died the following morning. His brother sustained minor injuries.
