Media summary: South Bloomfield Police Department were chasing Yoni Cruz Martinez, 35, in a 2014 Hyundai Elantra at a high rate of speed, when the Elantra went off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. Martinez, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was killed immediately. Two other passengers, a 3-year-old child and a 4-year-old child, were critically injured in the crash. The 4-year-old, Rojer Lemus died.
