Media summary: Spring Hill officers began chasing the teens' Dodge Dakota pickup truck after receiving a call about a suspicious vehicle and possible burglary in progress around 3:45 a.m. After a four-minute chase, the truck clipped another vehicle and rolled, causing four of the five teenagers to be thrown from the truck. Two—Chelsea Jo Chappell, 14, and Paxton Farris, 17—were killed. There turned out to be no burglary, and officers haven't reported any other law-breaking the teens might have been involved in.
