Media summary: Police reportedly spotted 37-year-old Alberto Gonzales driving a gray Dodge Intrepid lacking license plates. They attempted to pull Gonzales over but he fled at high speed. Police called off the pursuit, but seconds later Gonzales ran a red light and collided with another car driven by a 60-year-old man.
