Media summary: On his first night working alone, officer Ashton Lambert reportedly was headed to a domestic violence incident involving a gun when he struck and killed pedestrian Gregory Graham.In response to a civil lawsuit from Graham's family, police allege Graham was drunk and suddenly darted in front of officer Lambert, who was traveling in the middle lane 5 mph over the speed limit without sirens or lights. Graham's attorney alleges Graham required a cane to walk and was incapable of darting in front of anyone and that officer Lambert was driving and writing on the squad car's computer screen when he struck Graham.
