Media summary: A 911 caller reported a group of around five to six women fighting in a parking lot at the Soul Lounge. When police arrived, two men in a white Ford Explorer sped off. Officers chased them, but they were called off after doing a check of the driver. Another officer drove by a crash moments after the vehicle went over the metal guardrail and crashed into a concrete pillar. The vehicle started smoking. Willie E. Hill, 31, and 32-year-old Kenney L. Spencer, 32, were killed.
