Media summary: A 2003 Mercury Sable driven by 9-year old TyJun Thigpen reportedly evaded a checkpoint. A MHP trooper pursued the car down Old Jackson Road before it turned sharply onto Old Hillsboro Road and eventually veered off the road, crashed through a metal gate and hit utility poles, killing Justin Harrell and Brayden Scott Traxler, and injuring Thigpen and a 13-year old girl.
