Media summary: Williams was driving on Interstate 40, with a woman and two children in his vehicle, when Officer Jeremy Day pulled him over for speeding. Day apparently asked Williams to sit in the front seat of his patrol car while he wrote a ticket, and a scuffle ensued between the two men inside the patrol car. Williams, who was unarmed, was shot and killed.
